Eu é que não gostei nada; e logo que os lentes se foram, sacudi a cabeça:— Não quero saber dos santos óleos da teologia; desejo sair daqui o mais cedo que puder, ou já..— Já, meu anjo, não pode ser; mas pode suceder que muito antes do que imaginamos. Quem sabe se este mesmo ano de 58?
I did not like it at all; and as soon as the professors left, I shook my head: 'I do not want to know the holy oils of theology; I desire to leave here as soon as I can, or already...' 'Already, my angel, it cannot be; but it can happen that much before what we imagine. Who knows if this same year of 58?'
