O «I will bring you your ball again» fecha a barganha: a bola em troca da companhia, uma promessa contra outra. O futuro «will bring» soa como um juramento, e o «again» ecoa o desejo que a própria princesa dissera em 1.10 — o sapo devolve as palavras dela transformadas em oferta.
