E’s muito má, para quem nunca te ofendeo, e te quer tanto bem.
You're very unkind, to one who never offended you, and who loves you so well.
The complaint is pure self-pity: he 'nunca te ofendeo,' never offended her — as though laying hands on her were not the offence — and 'te quer tanto bem,' loves her so well, as if desire were a service she owes gratitude for. It is the seducer's oldest inversion, recasting his own trespass as her cruelty to him.
