«Has fallen» es el pretérito perfecto: «ha caído», una acción reciente cuyo efecto dura. «Golden» = de oro, dorado (de «gold», oro, + «-en», el sufijo de material: wooden, woollen, golden). «Spring» tiene tres vidas — primavera, brotar, manantial —; aquí es el manantial, el pozo de agua viva.
