ἀλλ᾽ ἢ ἐν τῷ νόμῳ Κυρίου τὸ θέλημα αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἐν τῷ νόμῳ αὐτοῦ μελετήσει ἡμέρας καὶ νυκτός.
The turn from the negative to the positive: what the blessed man does instead. His whole "will" bends toward the Lord’s law, chewed over (μελετάω) day and night.
