καὶ ὁ ποταμὸς ὁ τρίτος Τίγρις· οὗτος ὁ πορευόμενος κατέναντι Ἀσσυρίων. ὁ δὲ ποταμὸς ὁ τέταρτος, οὗτος Εὐφράτης.
The third and fourth rivers are the two great, still-familiar rivers of Mesopotamia — Τίγρις and Εὐφράτης, the Euphrates reappearing at Rev 9:14, 16:12.
