τὸ δὲ ὕδωρ πορευόμενον ἠλαττονοῦτο ἕως τοῦ δεκάτου μηνός· ἐν δὲ τῷ ἑνδεκάτῳ μηνί, τῇ πρώτῃ τοῦ μηνός, ὤφθησαν αἱ κεφαλαὶ τῶν ὀρέων.
The waters keep falling through the tenth month; the “heads” (κεφαλαί) of the mountains — their summits — are the first dry land Noah's family has seen in over half a year.
