γρηγορεῖτε καὶ προσεύχεσθε, ἵνα μὴ ἔλθητε εἰς πειρασμόν · τὸ μὲν πνεῦμα πρόθυμον, ἡ δὲ σὰρξ ἀσθενής.
Keep watch and pray, so that you may not enter into temptation; the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.
