καὶ ἔρχονται εἰς τὸν οἶκον τοῦ ἀρχισυναγώγου, καὶ θεωρεῖ θόρυβον, καὶ κλαίοντας καὶ ἀλαλάζοντας πολλά,
And they come to the house of the synagogue leader, and he sees a commotion, and people weeping and wailing loudly.
