καὶ στήσω τὴν διαθήκην μου πρὸς ὑμᾶς, καὶ οὐκ ἀποθανεῖται πᾶσα σὰρξ ἔτι ἀπὸ τοῦ ὕδατος τοῦ κατακλυσμοῦ, καὶ οὐκ ἔσται ἔτι κατακλυσμὸς ὕδατος τοῦ καταφθεῖραι πᾶσαν τὴν γῆν.
The covenant's content, stated for the first time: never again will a flood destroy all flesh, all the earth. καταφθεῖραι ("to destroy utterly, corrupt") is a rare word shared with 2 Pet 2:12, itself written about the flood generation.
