Καὶ ἤρξατο Νῶε ἄνθρωπος γεωργὸς γῆς, καὶ ἐφύτευσεν ἀμπελῶνα.
The narrative turns from covenant-maker to vine-grower, and the tone shifts sharply — the same man who built the ark that saved every living thing now plants the vineyard that leads to his own shame. γεωργός ("farmer, tiller") is a common Gospel word (the parable of the vineyard-tenants, Matt 21, Mark 12, Luke 20), here used for the very first time of anyone in Scripture.
