The blessing, doubled

ὑμεῖς δὲ αὐξάνεσθε καὶ πληθύνεσθε, καὶ πληρώσατε τὴν γῆν καὶ πληθύνεσθε ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς.
The chapter's opening blessing is repeated to close the frame, with πληθύνεσθε ("multiply") said twice — a Hebrew-style doubling for emphasis. Swete's text reads "πληθύνεσθε ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς" (repeating "the earth"); Brenton's 1851 edition instead reads "ἐπ' αὐτῆς" ("upon it") — a genuine wording variant, not reproduced here.
