Καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεὸς τῷ Νῶε καὶ τοῖς υἱοῖς αὐτοῦ μετ᾽ αὐτοῦ λέγων
A new speech opens — the covenant announcement that runs through verse 17. Swete prints no punctuation at all after λέγων ("saying"); the quoted words of God begin directly with the next verse.
