Ἐγὼ ἰδοὺ ἀνίστημι τὴν διαθήκην μου ὑμῖν καὶ τῷ σπέρματι ὑμῶν μεθ᾽ ὑμᾶς,
The word διαθήκη enters the Bible's story here for the first time — "covenant/testament," the very word behind "Old Testament" and "New Testament" (Matt 26:28, 2 Cor 3:6,14, Heb 8-9). ἀνίστημι, ordinarily "to raise up" (of resurrection, throughout the NT), here means simply "I set up, establish" — a covenant that stands.
